Using slow-cooked pork and specialty spices, Palavana Cubano is bringing the lively flavors of Cuban cuisine to The Garage Food Hall. The Cubano concept will specialize in the classic sandwich made with pork and ham but will offer other non-traditional takes on this traditional dish, as well as salads, bowls and Latin-themed burgers.
