Chef-inspired sandwiches, bowls and soups served fresh and fast at The Garage

When you’re looking for a quick grab and go lunch, a sandwich is always a solid option. But Yamallama isn’t the place for your boring old ham sammy. With its location at The Garage Food Hall, Yamallama delights customers with its hand made sandwiches on fresh baked bread, made-from-scratch soups and bowls that are healthy, packed with flavor and made fast.

Executive chef and CEO Robert Frye is a proud Indiana native who's been in the culinary industry for the last 30 years. His passion began inside his family’s tomato packing company and his journey has taken him from Portland, Oregon all the way back to his roots where he currently owns and operates several restaurant concepts throughout the Circle City.

Garage goers will now have another option for lunch or dinner with Yamallama’s menu filled with homemade soups with unique flavors like tomato tangerine, or handcrafted salads like the curry roasted cauliflower or panini sandwiches on house made focaccia made with top-of-the-line meats.

Frye can’t wait to broaden the Yamallama fanbase and be part of Indy’s greatest food hub!
